Recital with Peter McGillivray at Lorne Watson Recital Hall (Brandon University) in Brandon, Manitoba.  Works by Britten, Somers, Desjardins, Mercure.  Performance was broadcast on CBC Radio Two on “In Performance”.

 

MAY 3-5, 2002

25TH ANNUAL ECKHARDT-GRAMATTÉ NATIONAL MUSIC COMPETITION

Collaborative pianist for semi-finalist, Susan Black (mezzo soprano), and Second Prize Winner, Peter McGillivray (baritone), winning also the prize for Best Interpretation of the Commissioned Work (“Homme Sweet Homme” by Jacques Desjardins).  Competition was held in Brandon, Manitoba.

GALA FOR CANADIAN OPERA VOLUNTEER COMMITTEE

Performance with Colin Ainsworth (tenor) and Stephen L. King (baritone) at home of Gladys & Lloyd Fogler.  Gala Luncheon in honour of COVC’s performance fund patrons.  Works by Verdi, Wagner, Donizetti, Gershwin, Offenbach, Bizet.
